We currently charge the following monthly rental rate (range):
$975-$1200 (this is .60 cents per square foot per month!!
Security Deposit:
$975-$1200 (depending on any current specials, the Security Deposit may change)
Total Move-In Cost: $1950-$2400 (could be lower depending on current specials)
Services included in monthly rental rate:
* hot and cold water
* heat (each apartment has its own thermostat)
* waste removal (weekly trash pick-up)
* all the features listed on our Apartment Sizes & Dimensions page
* access to the courtyard and adjacent 3.5 acre field
We trust that you, the future occupant of Mauer Manor, appreciate that the finer things in life usually have a price.
